Before installation, it is recommended that you place a cloth on the roof to prevent any unnecessary scratching. Use our ruler to measure the appropriate distance between the crossbars, ideally between 700-800mm. It is crucial to confirm the front and rear bars when placing the crossbar on your car's roof to avoid any mistakes. After the initial installation of the roof rack, make sure to verify all bolted connections shortly after. It is advisable to regularly inspect them, preferably every 1000km (621mi), depending on use and conditions. Don't forget to check every time you refit the crossbars.

To prevent overloading, consider the weight of the roof rack basket within the load capacity of the bars. Before going through an automatic car wash, remove the roof rack crossbars as they can easily scratch your vehicle. If you hear noise coming from the crossbars due to an unexpected gap, use the included black tape to cover it, although we hope you won't need to.
